  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including tags and labels.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable. These include:

  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Intimate apparel, such as lingerie, for hygiene reasons.

3. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  2. Return the Item: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  3. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. Refund Issuance: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  • If you still have not received your refund, contact us at info@rumafashion.com, and we will assist you further.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at info@rumafashion.com with details and photos of the damaged product.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After this period, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
